The Proposal

One year. One dedicated team. One unified marketing engine.

We’re proposing a 12-month retainer designed to give Tastee a trusted, experienced partner managing the day-to-day function of the marketing department — while keeping the brand strategically sharp, operationally aligned, and visibly present in market.

This is not another layer of approvals. It’s an execution arm that bridges management, operations, creative and franchise teams so campaigns move, partners get answered, and the brand stays consistently responsive across every Tastee location and Brew’d touchpoint.

Brew'd coffee experience
Spotlight

Dedicated visibility for Brew’d.

Brew’d sits inside the Tastee family but earns its own attention. Our retainer carries a dedicated lane for Brew’d — media presence, brand visibility, and consistent positioning in market.

  • Consistent positioning across owned, earned and paid channels
  • Aligned to the wider Tastee brand without losing distinct voice
Embedded marketing partners
Why This Approach?

Trusted, dedicated, experienced — embedded in the business.

  • A real partner, not a vendor. Trusted, dedicated and experienced partners managing the day-to-day function of the marketing department.
  • The bridge between teams. Acting as a bridge between various departments — sales, operations, creative and management — without bottlenecks.
  • Strategic and decisive. Diving strategic and staying on top of decision-making and alignment with operational needs.
  • Always on the market. Tracking competitor activity, promotions and media presence so Tastee never gets caught off-guard.
Before & After

From one person juggling everything — to a team built to handle it.

The current marketing lead shouldn’t be doing all of this alone. This is what changes.

Today

One marketing lead, every task at once.

  • Chasing approvals across departments
  • Handling media calls and press requests directly
  • Following up with sponsors, partners and community asks
  • Manually monitoring campaigns and competitor activity
  • Limited bandwidth for strategy and forward planning
With GoRogue

A dedicated team, all of it moving in parallel.

  • Approvals coordinated and tracked daily
  • Media relations and PR handled by an experienced lead
  • Partner and sponsorship follow-up managed end-to-end
  • Campaign performance & market tracking reported weekly
  • Strategic capacity restored at the leadership level
The Value to Tastee

We’re not adding another layer.
We’re removing operational pressure.

This structure ensures the current marketing lead is no longer managing every small task alone — from chasing approvals to handling media calls and campaign follow-ups.

Instead, our team becomes the daily execution arm of the business — keeping projects moving, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring the brand remains visible, responsive and well-managed every single day.

We are not adding another layer — we are removing operational pressure and creating stronger marketing efficiency across the business.
